Nicholas H W Wheeldon MRICS - Director

Nicholas H W Wheeldon

Following the break up of Stratton Creber as a part of Lloyds TSB Property Services in 1997, Nick Wheeldon resurrected the name of Taylor Son & Creber, a well known Westcountry business entity with a history dating back to 1889.

Nick began his career in 1978 joining the Commercial Property department of the original Taylor Son & Creber and witnessed the merger with WH Lane of Cornwall in 1983. This was followed by the merger of Taylor Lane & Creber with Stratton & Holborrow in 1989 to form Stratton Creber which was subsequently purchased by TSB Property Services.

Nick specialises in agency advice for acquisitions and disposals on all types of commercial, licensed and going concern business and premises predominantly throughout the West Country,

He has a strong track record in national acquisition campaigns for retail clients, acquiring a multitude of units outside the West Country from Glasgow to Eastbourne.

Professional work includes rent review, lease renewals and valuation advice and has taken many appointments as a receiver under the Law of Property Act 1925.

As managing director, Nick is always looking to expand the business and has introduced - TLC Property Management, a property management service, following client demand.

He says: "Markets constantly evolve, none more than the property market and we have a team of consultants here at TSC to stay ahead and give clients the advice and service required"
